Selected distracting apps are temporarily blocked during Focus Sessions to help you stay productive without interruptions.

Each completed day contributes to your streak. Missing sessions may reset or reduce your progress depending on your settings.

Progress is measured using Recovery Score, Focus Time, Streaks, Milestones, and overall consistency.

Open Profile ? Edit Profile to update your personal information and preferences.

Go to Account Settings ? Security ? Change Password and follow the verification steps.

Navigate to Privacy & Security ? Delete Account. This action permanently removes your account and data.

Open Notification Settings to customize reminders, daily goals, motivational messages, and alerts.

Premium unlocks advanced analytics, unlimited focus sessions, exclusive challenges, enhanced AI insights, and additional customization options.

Visit Membership in your Profile and choose the subscription plan that best fits your needs.

You can cancel anytime from Membership settings. Premium benefits remain active until the end of your billing period.
